Easy Pumpkin Ice Cream

Here is a great recipe that you should try on Hallaween:

  • 1 3/4 cups pumpkin purée (1 15-ounce can pumpkin purée)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp brandy (optional)
